Opening at CityPlace in fall 2025, iconic Italian market Eataly will celebrate the country's rich history and culture with a new West Palm Beach location where people can eat, shop and learn. Visitors can explore the biodiversity of Italian cuisine by sharing a meal at grab-and-go counters and restaurants, shopping at authentic market stalls and attending classes and events.

Distinguished Indian restaurant Ela Curry & Cocktails is opening a new location at CityPlace, driven by James Beard Foundation-nominated chef Pushkar Marathe and partner Andy Dugard. Inspired by traditional Indian flavors and featuring vibrant street food, thali-style dishes and craft cocktails, Ela will provide guests a unique culinary experience within a lively setting.

Coming soon to the dining collection at CityPlace, Mango Mercado will offer elevated and flexible fast casual fare with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Conceived by James Beard-nominated chef Pushkar Marathe and partner Andy Dugard, Mango Mercado will incorporate international influences and seasonal ingredients, with options for made-to-order meals, grab-and-go and delivery.

Luxury home brands destination Perigold is opening its first retail location at CityPlace, set to open in fall 2025. Curating an expansive and high-quality selection, Perigold offers visitors sophisticated pieces to create unique looks and spaces at home. 

Now open at CityPlace, Maman offers a French-inspired café with a refined selection of baked goods, breakfast and lunch options and craft coffee drinks. The café also provides elegant event space for the community, from birthday parties to bridal showers.

Related Companies hosted a memorable evening at Phillips Point in West Palm Beach celebrating office tower One Flagler’s construction milestones to date. Related’s design and development team joined City of West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James, community partners, tenants, business leaders and members of the brokerage community for sunset hard hat tours of the iconic lifestyle office tower.

Taste the Greek Isles at world-renowned Estiatorio Milos, an indoor-outdoor dining space in a lush waterfront garden setting. Celebrated chef Costas Spiliadis will bring the flavors of his native Greece to One Flagler.

The inaugural Point72 & Related Ross Palm Beach Pro-Am brought together more than 350 attendees, including professional golfers, celebrities, and athletes from the New York Mets and Miami Dolphins. The two-day event raised more than $400,000 for the Related Ross Foundation, funding 10-week summer camp experiences for over 160 elementary school students in West Palm Beach living below the poverty line.

This summer, Related Life members gathered at Felice in CityPlace for a lively happy hour, bringing together tenant employees from across the Related Ross office portfolio. Guests enjoyed refreshing drinks, signature light bites, and the opportunity to connect and network with peers from neighboring buildings.

The ceremony was emceed by VP of Marketing Maura Daves and featured an inspiring talk by CFO Katie Block that highlighted local women who are positively shaping our community.

As part of the Related Cares initiative, Related Ross employees dedicated time to support South Florida teachers and students at The Education Foundation of Palm Beach County's Red Apple Supplies Center. Volunteers contributed by packing teachers’ school supply orders and stocked the shelves with essential classroom supplies to benefit students in need.
