CityPlace will soon welcome an exciting mix of new retailers to the neighborhood, including Palm Beach County's very first Equinox fitness center, which is set to open a 35,000-square-foot space at 575 Rosemary in late 2025. Also introducing new locations within the vibrant shopping destination are yoga apparel and accessories purveyor Alo and home furnishings store Crate & Barrel.

In 2025, CityPlace will welcome two fresh restaurant concepts by celebrated chef Pushkar Marathe and partner Andy Dugard: Ela Curry & Cocktails and Mango Mercado. Ela will create a sophisticated dining experience combining traditional Indian flavors and shared thali-style dishes, and sister restaurant Mango Mercado will offer upscale meals for takeout or delivery. Additionally, beloved Italian marketplace Eataly will open an outpost featuring dining, shopping and programming.

Luxurious home retailer Perigold has announced its first-ever physical storefront opening in CityPlace, allowing visitors to explore a highly curated collection of home brands within a convenient downtown location. Perigold will feature more than 150 esteemed brands within a beautiful and expansive setting, in addition to collaboration spaces and an outdoor balcony overlooking the neighborhood.

Leading French café and lifestyle brand Maman has opened an exciting new location along Rosemary Avenue. Taking inspiration from family recipes, high-quality ingredients and the joy of bringing people together, Maman presents seasonal breakfast, lunch and pastry options, as well as an inviting space that can host intimate events and brand activations.

Opening soon at CityPlace, Ela Curry & Cocktails will make its West Palm Beach debut at CityPlace, led by James Beard Foundation-nominated chef Pushkar Marathe. Diners will discover delicious traditional Indian flavors combined with a modern twist, featuring plenty of vegan and gluten-free options that are inspired by home-cooked dishes and street food favorites.

Opening at One Flagler in 2025, Estiatorio Milos will bring chef Costas Spiliadis' upscale and minimalist Mediterranean cuisine to West Palm. From salt that is harvested in the Aegean Sea to fresh seafood that is flown in daily from the Greek Isles, Estiatorio Milos employs top-quality ingredients to create impressive gastronomic experiences.

On January 29, Sur La Table invites visitors to welcome the Year of the Snake with a fun and informative cooking class where they'll gain hands-on experience making dishes that represent good luck and happiness. Participants will learn the art of Asian cuisine and then create a Lunar New Year's Feast together, taking home a carbon steel wok to use and perfect their craft with.

Recently, The Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-Up tour welcomed CityPlace shoppers to the neighborhood's first-ever traveling luxury retail event. Visitors explored an array of luxury brands—such as Dolce & Gabbana, Tiffany and Balmain—within the oasis-like pop-up, which featured fountains, greenery, covered walkways with cooling fans and access to The Whitman, a 150-seat bar and lounge.

On January 25, CityPlace is bringing together the West Palm Beach community for Winter Warm-Up, an exciting preview of the neighborhood's annual District Fit festival happening in March. From 8AM to 12PM, visitors can participate in a variety of energizing fitness and wellness classes for all levels, including yoga, HIIT and pickleball sessions with CityPickle.

For a limited time only, CityPickle West Palm Beach is offering visitors a fun new way to play the country's fastest growing sport. They can also sign up for the Mid-Season Membership to enjoy early access, programming and discounts, or try out the January Breakfast Club for a fun and social way to start the day and meet other pickleball enthusiasts.

Through spring 2025, SoulCycle's pop-up is hosting the studio's signature classes and theme rides at CityPlace, presenting a fun and high-energy fitness experience for the community. West Palm Beach yogis are invited to practice mindful movement at two different weekly classes held at CityPlace. On Wednesday evenings, Jade Wonzo brings her inclusive approach to all-levels flow classes that will leave yogis feeling refreshed and connected. On Saturday mornings, Natalie Addison guides participants of all backgrounds through Vinyasa classes that help start the day off right.

Every month at CityPlace, lululemon legacy ambassador Alex Celis heads a communal run in downtown West Palm Beach. Runners meet next to Maman to stretch and warm up before setting off on a 2-mile loop through the neighborhood. Afterwards, participants will end at The Salty where they can cool down and indulge in sweet rewards.

Every Sunday on the lawn at CityPlace, fitness experts from 1 Fitness are bringing together the community for 45-minute HIIT workouts. Each high intensity session blends resistance training with cardio, designed to help participants of all levels build their strength and work off calories.
