Moody Tongue Sushi, known as the world's first brewery to receive two MICHELIN stars, has unveiled an exclusive culinary experience at Hilton West Palm Beach. Brewmaster Jared Rouben and executive sushi chef Hiromi Iwakiri have curated a hyper-seasonal 15-course omakase menu that features an optional craft beer pairing from the brewery, creating a memorable meal within an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere.

Every Sunday, Hilton West Palm beach invites hotel guests to a fun-filled pool party featuring a live DJ and dancing. Guests can also explore a specially curated menu from poolside restaurant La Playa, featuring refreshing cocktails and international-inspired grilled fare.

With classes every week at Hilton West Palm Beach, local fitness studio 1 Fitness invites visitors to get an invigorating start to their morning. Visitors can choose between Pilates-inspired Sculpt and Sweat classes or heart-pounding HIIT Workout classes.

Located at Hilton West Palm Beach, authentic grill house Galley donates 10% of sales every Thursday to good causes throughout the South Florida community. In the first half of 2024, Galley contributed over $22,000 to its nonprofit partners, helping make a difference with organizations supporting Alzheimer's research, animal adoption, afterschool programs and more.

On April 29, Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach acted as a restaurant partner for the Fork Cancer Palm Beach party, which was hosted by the Associate Board of Ambassadors of Palm Beach County. The Fork Cancer event brought together the community for a memorable night of drinks, dining and music that supported the American Cancer’s Society’s noble mission: to further cancer research and save lives.
