Bruce L. Warwick is Vice Chairman of Related Companies. Mr. Warwick has been with Related since 1998, initially serving as President of Columbus Centre Developer, the division of Related charged with the development and construction of the 2.8-million-square-foot mixed-use project Time Warner Center in New York City. Mr. Warwick was formerly Vice Chairman of The Galbreath Company – Development Division and built the $450 million Trump International Hotel & Residential Tower on Columbus Circle.
Mr. Warwick has been in the development and construction business for over 45 years, having successfully built and developed properties in both Puerto Rico and in the Northeast totaling over 6 million square feet of property. He serves as an independent Director of Dividend Capital Trust, an industrial real estate investment trust based in Denver, with assets totaling over $2.5 billion. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Greenwich Hospital and continues to serve on its board. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in 1960.
