Bryan N. Cho is Executive Vice President of The Related Companies, L.P. and a lead partner of the firm’s Florida, New York and California development divisions. Bryan also leads the firm’s senior living and healthcare strategies. Since joining Related in 2000, Bryan has led over $9.0 billion of development ventures creating close to 6,000 new residences (including over 1,000 units of new construction affordable housing), 350 luxury urban senior living residences and over 6.0 million square feet of commercial and institutional non-profit space across the New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco metropolitan areas. Bryan received his A.B. Cum Laude in Politics from Princeton University in 1995.
He has recently relocated to West Palm Beach where he is leading residential development in Florida.
