Jordan Rathlev is a Senior Vice President with Related Companies, where he works on all aspects of mixed-use real estate acquisition and development management, including project sourcing, financial underwriting, deal structuring, public/private partnerships, financing and project and asset management. He manages all aspects of Related Ross' West Palm Beach office initiatives, including property development, operations, leasing and management, currently overseeing Related Ross' 1.3-million-square-foot operating office portfolio and its 2.5-million-square-foot office development pipeline, including the under construction One Flagler.
Prior to joining Related in 2014, he was a Real Estate Manager at OTO Development, one of the largest hotel development firms in the country, where he was responsible for all aspects of market analysis, project underwriting site acquisition and due diligence and entitlement management. While at OTO, Jordan was responsible for projects in key markets including Chicago and Boston. Prior to joining OTO, Jordan spent 5 years at Wells Fargo Securities in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
Jordan holds a Masters degree in Real Estate Development and Corporate Finance from UNC’s Kenan Flagler School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
